TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE FOR PROFIT LOCK DAY TRADING

 

OVERVIEW

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS OF USE AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (“TERMS” OR “AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING, USING, OR PLACING AN ORDER THROUGH OUR SITE. THESE TERMS CONTAIN DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITIES, AND IMPORTANT AGREEMENTS GOVERNING YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROFIT LOCK PROGRAM.

Your use of www.catalystwealthcoaching.com www.profitlock.org, www.profitlocktrading.com  including any subdomains thereof, affiliated websites, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”), which are owned and maintained by Catalyst Wealth Coaching, LLC (“Catalyst Wealth Coaching,” “we,” “our,” “us”), is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth below.

By accessing, using, or placing an order through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to access or use the Site in any manner.

THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. General Use and Agreement
Catalyst Wealth Coaching provides educational materials and tools through the Profit Lock Day Trading program, designed to teach day trading strategies and methodologies. By participating in this program, you agree to the following:

  • Proprietary Content: All materials, strategies, videos, and resources provided in the program are proprietary to Catalyst Wealth Coaching. They are intended solely for individual use and may not be copied, shared, or distributed for any commercial purpose.
  • Non-Investment Advice: The information provided is educational in nature and does not constitute specific investment, financial, or trading advice.
  • Risk Acknowledgment: Trading involves significant financial risk. Catalyst Wealth Coaching makes no guarantees of profitability or success and is not responsible for any losses incurred by participants.

2. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, copy, or redistribute program materials in any format, whether digital or physical, without express written permission.
  • Use program content to develop derivative products, services, or training programs for profit.
  • Share your login credentials or provide access to the program to any unauthorized third parties.
  • Use the Site or program for any illegal or unauthorized activities.

3. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Profit Lock program, including but not limited to videos, written guides, charts, strategies, and methodologies, are the exclusive intellectual property of Catalyst Wealth Coaching and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials will result in termination of access and may lead to legal action.

4. Privacy Protection and Account Security

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account. If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, notify Catalyst Wealth Coaching immediately.
  • Catalyst Wealth Coaching will not share your personal information without consent, except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Risk Disclosure Statement
Trading various instruments, including stocks, ETFs, options, and futures, involves high levels of risk and volatility. Hypothetical performance results may not reflect actual trading conditions. By participating in the Profit Lock program, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for any trading decisions and outcomes.
  • Losses incurred are not the responsibility of Catalyst Wealth Coaching or its instructors.
  • You should not allocate funds to trading that you cannot afford to lose.

USER CONDUCT

You agree to:

  • Use the Site and program resources only for their intended educational purpose.
  • Respect the confidentiality and proprietary nature of the materials.
  • Refrain from engaging in disruptive behavior during live sessions or within program communities.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or recreate proprietary strategies or tools.
  • Manipulating or falsifying trading outcomes for personal gain or to mislead others.
  • Using the program’s content or tools to misrepresent your trading expertise to third parties.

Catalyst Wealth Coaching reserves the right to terminate your access to the program without refund if any prohibited activities are detected.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Catalyst Wealth Coaching provides no guarantees regarding the outcomes of your trading activities. The program is designed for educational purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Catalyst Wealth Coaching disclaims all liability for losses incurred by program participants.
  • All program materials and services are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind.

ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration. You waive your right to trial by jury and participation in class-action lawsuits.

Arbitration Process:

  • Any disputes must first be submitted in writing to Catalyst Wealth Coaching for resolution.
  • If unresolved within 60 days, disputes will be submitted to the American Arbitration Association.
  • Arbitration will occur in Florida unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

Exceptions to Arbitration:
Claims related to intellectual property infringement or unauthorized use of proprietary content may be brought in state or federal court in Florida.

RENEWAL, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICIES

Profit Lock program access is subject to the following:

  • Enrollment Periods: Enrollment is open twice a year (March and July). Late entries are not permitted.
  • Cancellation Policy: Once enrolled, all sales are final, and no refunds are provided.
  • Renewal Policy: Membership does not auto-renew. Re-enrollment must occur during open enrollment periods.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Catalyst Wealth Coaching reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site or participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

 

PRIVACY PROTECTION AND OPT-IN POLICY

Catalyst Wealth Coaching values your privacy.

  • We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.
  • By registering for the Profit Lock Day Trading Program, you consent to receive program updates, promotional materials, and related communications. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in emails or contacting us directly.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Our social media platforms are public forums. By participating, you agree to:

  • Refrain from posting inappropriate, offensive, or defamatory content.
  • Understand that any opinions expressed by users are their own and do not reflect Catalyst Wealth Coaching’s views.
    We reserve the right to remove inappropriate comments and ban users violating community guidelines.

USER CONDUCT

You agree to:

  • Respect all fellow participants, coaches, and staff during program sessions and within program communities.
  • Use program materials solely for educational purposes.

You are prohibited from:

  • Sharing program materials, login credentials, or proprietary content with unauthorized individuals.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to manipulate program-related systems.
    Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, including but not limited to videos, written guides, strategies, and proprietary methodologies, are the exclusive intellectual property of Catalyst Wealth Coaching.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

RESTRICTION ON USE

You agree not to:

  • Republish, redistribute, or resell any program materials.
  • Reverse-engineer or derive strategies, tools, or systems from the program for commercial use.
  • Use the Site or program materials for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. Catalyst Wealth Coaching does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites. Accessing such sites is at your own risk.

RIGHTS RESERVED

Catalyst Wealth Coaching reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Profit Lock Day Trading Program or any related services at any time without notice.
  • Deny access to the program or Site to individuals who violate these Terms.

Catalyst Wealth Coaching provides educational services and makes no guarantees of profitability or success.

  • All trading decisions are the sole responsibility of the participant.
  • Catalyst Wealth Coaching is not liable for losses incurred while using its tools, strategies, or educational resources.
  • Materials and services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catalyst Wealth Coaching disclaims liability for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its programs, materials, or services.
  • Errors or interruptions in the Site or program delivery.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to resolve any disputes through mandatory binding arbitration.

  • Arbitration Location: Disputes will be resolved in the state of Florida unless otherwise agreed.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree to waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuits.

OTHER TERMS

Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify Catalyst Wealth Coaching and its staff from any claims arising from your use of the Site or program.

Termination of Terms:
Catalyst Wealth Coaching may terminate this agreement and revoke access to the program for any violations of these Terms.

Governing Law:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT

By accessing and using the Profit Lock Day Trading Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
